Always ensure that the Smartboard or projector input is set to the Apple TV before beginning to use it.

- Touch the white bar at the bottom of the Smartboard and select “Input”
- Change the input to HDMI1

The AppleTV can be controlled with its remote control, attached to the back of the Smartboard (right side).

Apple TVs are configured to broadcast AirPlay (screen sharing) in the format of:
Room [Number] Apple TV
The Apple TV will then display a PIN (numeric code) that must be entered on the connecting phone, tablet or computer. This is to prevent members of the community from accidentally taking over the Apple TV and Smartboard in a different classroom.
