Overview

School G Suite accounts include an individual calendar. As a collaboration tool, calendar free/busy information is automatically shared between all faculty, students and staff. School-wide calendaring increases efficiency for coordinating school meetings and events.

Getting Started

Google Chrome is recommended when using Google Calendar. If you are a returning student, or a current faculty or staff member, you will be able to access your school calendar by navigating to:

https://calendar.google.com

New faculty and staff will receive their log-on information from their principal or supervisor. New students will receive their log-on information from their homeroom teacher.

Training and Help Guides

SJS Information Technology only supports the use of the Google Calendar web application. However, it is possible to access your school Google Calendar account via Mac Calendar and your mobile device.

We strongly recommend the use of the Google Calendar App for iOS and Android access.
