Faculty & Staff Printing
Overview
Printers at St. John’s School are integrated and managed using a platform called Papercut, enabling staff to efficiently release, scan and copy documents from any MFP (Multi-Function Printer). The printing service supports the following additional features:
Direct to email scanning from MFPs
Cloud printing from Chrome and Drive using Google Cloud Print
School MFPs support the following features:
Color Printing
Booklets
Finishing, including hole punch and stapling
Printing from iPads
AirPrint is supported for printing from iPads to FollowMePrint and student printers; watch this 1 minute video for an overview. You will need to enter your school username and password if you are printing from the device for the first time.

Getting Started
Releasing Jobs
Your FOB is used to access school MFPs.
Log in to the MFP with your FOB (look for the antenna logo on the tray)
Press the Release softkey on the screen
Select your jobs, and then press the Start button
Printing
When you print, ensure that the “FollowMe Print” queue is selected in the print dialogue
Select Print to print to the queue
Note that large files and or PDFs may take some time to print. Ensure that your computer’s print queue is empty before attempting to release print jobs.
