To transform IT into a client-centric services organization focusing on classroom technology and IT solution development, supporting teaching and learning, and school business operations.

Guiding Principles

IT uses a series of guiding principals as a test when making technology and purchasing decisions for the school.

Alignment with the school’s strategic plan
Transparent in activities, projects, decisions and resource assignments
Client focused, making stakeholder interests a critical part of IT decision making
Systems and services should be designed with Simplicity in mind; easy to use and consistent solutions will reduce management overhead and encourage adoption

Value driven in purchasing decisions, avoiding hidden technical debt and selecting solutions that the school can support for its lifespan
Reliability is a key in IT system and service design; systems will perform to defined service levels and single points of failure will be minimized
